Non Scale Victories

Diving deep into focusing on non scale victories right now because you’ll see the scale is very comfortable 😶‍🌫️

This is normally something that would make me quit. This is something that would make the old me say, I’d rather just eat whatever I want if I’m just going to stay this way. Not me now. I am going through a problem I didn’t even know existed 2 years ago. I WILL figure it out. I’m not getting frustrated like I normally would. I’m just continuing tweaking this until I find out what my body wants from me. I hope to be able to find the answer for you guys because I know I am not alone in this struggle.

Here’s what I’ve been doing with the changes so far for those asking:

Calorie deficit, around 1800

Now eliminated grains

Gluten free

Here’s what’s changed in my two weeks:

So much more energy ⚡️

Sleeping way better 🛌

Way better mood ☺️

Motivated to do a lot more with the kiddos 🤾‍♀️

Organized so many parts of the house and have been able to go to sleep with a clean kitchen every night 🧼

Having an easier time moving overall

I’m posting this purely to show everyone it’s okay that the scale doesn’t move, keep going. The old me would have needed to hear this ♥️
